# Tokenomics

The **QBOT token** is a key component of the platform, designed to incentivize users, provide platform access, and support governance.<br>

**Token Utility**

* **Platform Access & Payments**:\
  QBOT tokens are required to access core services, including bot activation, premium AI models, subscription fees, and advanced trading strategies. Users can pay for these services using QBOT tokens and, in return, receive discounts for using the native token.
* **Fee Payment**:\
  Users can pay for transaction fees, subscription plans, and premium features using QBOT tokens, benefiting from reduced costs and streamlined payments.
* **Governance**:\
  QBOT holders have governance rights, allowing them to vote on critical decisions such as new integrations, strategic partnerships, algorithm updates, and feature improvements. This decentralized decision-making empowers the community.
* **Performance-Based Rewards**:\
  Traders who achieve significant performance milestones (e.g., higher win rates, best-performing strategies) will be rewarded with additional QBOT tokens, encouraging profitable behavior and active participation.

**Incentive & Rewards Mechanisms**

* **Referral Program**:\
  Users can earn QBOT tokens by referring new traders to the platform, with rewards based on the number of successful referrals or the volume of trades they generate.
* **Staking & Yield Farming**:\
  Users who stake QBOT tokens in designated pools will earn yield based on the amount staked or the platform’s performance. Yield farming will also be available through DeFi integrations for users seeking higher rewards.
* **Token Burn Mechanism**:\
  To ensure the scarcity of the QBOT token, a small percentage (e.g., 1-2%) of every transaction fee or platform payment in QBOT tokens will be burned. This deflationary mechanism reduces the circulating supply, potentially increasing the value of the token over time.
